1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the anypower.eu website or application that facilitates energy bidding.

• User: Any person or entity registered to use the platform, including consumers, suppliers, producers.

• Admin: The entity operating and maintaining the platform, AnyPower.

2. User Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be registered as a company in the specified area under the Macedonian Law.

• Have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

• Notify the Admin immediately in case of unauthorized access.

4. Platform Use

Users agree to:

• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

• Only submit truthful and non-misleading data.

• Not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

5. Bidding and Transactions

• All bids submitted are considered binding offers.

• The platform does not guarantee the finalization of any transaction.

• The Admin is not liable for disputes between users related to pricing, delivery, or performance.

6. Fees and Payment

• The platform may charge service fees as specified in the pricing section.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, software, and systems on the platform are the intellectual property of AnyPower.

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

8. Suspension and Termination

• The Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

• Users may terminate their account by written request, subject to verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• AnyPower is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the platform.

10. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of material changes and continued use implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Macedonian Law.
